I bought a Catit air purifier for each of our 5 trays. While I think they can be effective at controlling odor, within two days of installation, 3 out of 5 blocks detached from the litter boxes they were placed in and became covered with cat litter. An air purifier was so covered that it could not be restored and had to be thrown away. The other two are fine, but I'm not sure what to use to reinstall them. Duct tape? carpet tape? The glue dot they came with for installation didn't work at first so I tried the glue recommended for gluing plastic to plastic but apparently it didn't work to hold the cleaners in place. The place where I installed the cleaners was clean and dry. So I don't know what to think of them. I hope I can find a way to rebuild the two remaining dropouts; If I find them effective I will replace the lost one. My advice to anyone considering buying these blocks: think of an alternative way to attach them to your litter boxes!
