Review on 🎒 Lug Women's Tumbler Backpack in Walnut Brown by Lauren Brown

I really wanted to like this backpack. I have a Lug bag that I've loved for a few years. The backpack is very sturdy, very well made and cute. But the design structure is just terrible. The bottom of the backpack is very hard. At the bottom of the backpack is a hard plastic panel that holds the bottom in a horizontal position. I'm not sure what benefit or purpose this could have. I could feel the hard plastic edge digging into my back as I wore it as a backpack. It was so uncomfortable. I sent the backpack back.
