You sent a used item with no tag and someone left things in it! Back immediately. In general, the bag itself is not bad. The shape is a bit thick for my taste, so an additional purchase is not possible. If I do, I'll go through the brand myself.

I really wanted to like this backpack. I have a Lug bag that I've loved for a few years. The backpack is very sturdy, very well made and cute. But the design structure is just terrible. The bottom of the backpack is very hard. At the bottom of the backpack is a hard plastic panel that holds the bottom in a horizontal position. I'm not sure what benefit or purpose this could have. Love this brand. I'm a single mom of kids 1 and 3 so I use this as a diaper bag. I like being organized and being able to find things quickly when I need them. There are so many things and so many pockets in this bag that everything finds its place.
