Embarrassing as it may be. As a depressed person, I don't shower or comb my hair as often as I should. My hair is matted. This is the FIRST and only shampoo and conditioner I have ever used that makes my hair manageable. It used to take me 20 minutes to brush my hair. But with these? It took less than five minutes and my hair was so silky smooth. I would recommend this to everyone! I just wish it was a little cheaper for the amount you get. However, LESS is very important!
