I ordered the Flutterfly necklace for my girlfriend's birthday hoping to give her a unique and meaningful piece of jewelry. The opal butterfly pendant is definitely an eye catcher, but I was a little disappointed with the overall quality of the necklace. The silver chain looked weak and the clasp seemed to come loose easily. On the plus side, my girlfriend loved the lucky number 5 on the back of the charm (her favorite number) and it's a really good conversation starter. Overall I'd say this is a decent gift option for someone who loves butterflies and is celebrating a milestone birthday, but don't expect it to be a family heirloom or anything.
