Review on 🔥 Efficient Solution: Oatey 30115 Hercules Boiler Liquid Stop Leak - 1-Quart by Dan Bobbert

I've found that my classic 8 year old outdoor wood boiler is leaking. I ordered and received a 2 liter Oatey kettle repair. Then I took a cheap drill motor pump and two pieces of garden hose and pumped water from my inlet to my boiler's outlet to keep the additive from clogging my taco pump or heat exchanger. I kept the temperature at least 140 for 24 hours. After about 12 hours the leak dried up and my water level stayed at full level. Then I let the temperature drop to 80 degrees with no fire in the cauldron. I then drained the water from the boiler, refilled it, opened the inlet and outlet lines and turned the pump back on. It was a month ago. I am very satisfied with this product. I considered the alternative: remove the roof and sides of the boiler, remove the insulation, weld and patch the wet spot. Of course I'm glad it worked out so well!
