Robust Features, Package, UI

This is a good sensor and is part of a much larger set of sensors. The package includes a micro USB cable to connect to a 10W (or 2A) USB power source. Although the device has both micro and mini USB ports, I was unable to connect it to my cable via the mini USB port, which is fine, they give you the correct cable to use. They also have a nice little retractable hanger with double-sided shock-absorbing tape that you can use to wall-mount the device. red). Also, I would suggest connecting your phone to the Wi-Fi network where you want the sensor to be activated during setup (I always connect my IOT devices to my guest Wi-Fi network as a security measure, not mine . regular SSID). It connects perfectly even in areas with poor Wi-Fi signal - my 2.4GHz network showed a signal strength of around -82 RRSI (both from the device itself and the iPhone monitor I was using) and it worked flawlessly . Give the device about 30 minutes to get the correct temperature/humidity reading and send it to the cloud. The cloud interface on both the phone app and PC is convenient and works well. The default sensor reading interval is 5 minutes, but the default sensor transmission interval is 15 minutes (sends three readings at once), but you can change this, especially if you have AC (which I highly recommend!). Last note. It's really annoying when good products get a 1 star rating as their first rating, especially when the rating is based on a use case that few people will use - a bad rating means battery performance and 100% humidity (outside in the rain? ) .
