Moist enough for only a small area
Seems handy as it's a one-time use, smell is nice too. The product arrived in a wet box. Apparently the seal was broken and all the liquid was gone. The pads have become too dry to wipe. An undamaged box was opened for comparison, but the pads are only wet enough for a small area. Maybe use a wet blast? At least not what I expected.
