I LOVE these. I've always put my protein powder in ziplock bags, but sometimes there were tiny holes in them and the protein powder leaked into my bag. I found them and they are the perfect size for a protein powder. I originally bought them from a health food store and used them for a few months and never had a problem with them leaking. I end up buying some more here and putting creatine powder in one cup, my BCAAs in another and my HMB in another. And I can give them a bullet. Also put 2-3 scoops of whey in a mug and it's easy to pour into my blender bottle after a workout. The size of the cup makes it easy to pour into a blender, making it ideal for bodybuilders or healthy lifestyle lovers.
