Asian sizing may fit better if you're looking for a race fit, otherwise it's great!
I wear average American casual clothing (I'm 6ft 2" and 175 pounds) so I ordered a size larger based on the size chart. The fit is pretty loose for a cycling jersey. It's not such a loose jersey, but it's definitely not suitable for racing. If you are looking for a more form fitting leotard, this is a great option. It's also slightly longer in the torso and sleeves than my fitted leotards, which may or may not be what you're looking for.
