I have always waxed my bottles for the last 20+ years. I ended up getting tired of messing around with this mess and wanted to try these out. Absolutely wonderful. I miss my special wax seal on bottle caps, but this is much easier and more practical. I used the hot water method and it worked much better than the blow dryer/hair dryer. I would recommend them and buy them again. I also like that there are multiple colors. Black Cherry Pinot has black tips, Oak Aged Pinot has gold tips, and Vikings Blood Met has red tips. I haven't made anything for Silvertips yet, but I think prickly pear cactus wine will be next.
