I wear an 8.5 with ASICS. I followed Mizuno's official size chart and bought a size 9. She fits perfectly. I pronate and they are great even without the insole. Light, if you're heavy, pay attention to the foam compression and replace as usual based on mileage. My husband also wears this style with flat feet and this is the best brand he has found. He carries men's 14 of all brands.
