Review on YEHUA by Daniel Reeder

After hearing that YEHUA's electronics and accessories are a cut above the rest of the industry's offerings, I was eager to get my hands on some of their products. My experience, on the other hand, was not very satisfying. The picture on the television that I bought from YEHUA was pixelated, and the colors appeared muted and washed out. Because I had such a hard time watching anything on it, I ended up sending it back. The computer accessories that I purchased did not, like the rest of my purchase, come up to my expectations. Both the keyboard and the mouse had several keys that were unresponsive, and using either one for an extended amount of time was uncomfortable. In addition, the interaction with customer support was a source of frustration. It took me several efforts before I was finally able to get in touch with their customer service team, and when I did, they were of no assistance in fixing the problems I was having. In general, YEHUA is not a brand that I would suggest to anyone trying to purchase trustworthy gadgets and accessories. In spite of their stellar reputation, the quality of their items does not live up to the hype, and their customer service is subpar.
