I've tried quite a few of these rebounders, Bellicon, Nedak, Urban Rebounder, and a cheap Walmart brand (absolute junk). This one seems pretty good. I am 180 lbs with bad knees and ankles. So far the bounce is just about right for my weight. Easy on the joints. I think if I weighed around 120 lbs or less it might by too firm. Compared to the Bellicon the bounce it is more firm, compared to the other rebounders with springs it is much softer. I had to return the Nedak and Urban Rebounder because they ended up hurting my knees. I found assembly fairly easy, watch the assembly video and just take it slow. Also it's really easy to cross thread the legs when you screw them on, be gentle and make sure they're on straight. The noise level while bounding is near silent, WAY better than spring supported rebounders. One way this company could really make this into a top notch rebounder is to offer different bungees based on the weight of the user. If I weighed about 110 lbs I'd probably be sending this back because it would be too firm. But for the price this isn't bad at all and I would definitely buy this again.
