Review on ARKTEK by Mike Gruwell
Review of the ARKTEK online store: I had a disappointing experience purchasing there due to the poor customer service and subpar goods. Despite their claims to have a broad selection of tech products, their offerings were of poor quality. I bought a phone and a few devices, but the phone's camera was broken, and the cables and adapters weren't reliable.
And to make things worse, ARKTEK's customer service was appalling. They were unresponsive and useless when I tried to get in touch with them, which left me angry and disappointed. Before I eventually got a response, I had to reach out to them several times, but that did not help my problem. In terms of quality and client support, ARKTEK falls short of their rivals. There are other online retailers that offer better goods and more dependable customer support, so I wouldn't advise patronizing ARKTEK.
