I like that it is easy for everyone who uses Excel or other software programs such as QuickBooks to use because they are familiar with them already. It also has an interface similar to Microsoft Word so if you're used to using word processors then there shouldn't be any problems when working within its program. The only thing about the product itself was how limited some of the functions were compared to what we had hoped for but overall everything worked well enough and met our needs. We've solved many issues pertaining to time sheet management which allows us to easily track hours per pay period and make sure employees get paid correctly at end of each month/payroll cycle.
