Cons: It took us two days longer than originally stated to reheat food to realize that you need to use "convection" mode if you want to reheat food. He only has one shelf. . I need to order a second shelf for my friend's date so we can make more toast. She is smaller than the old beast who is also professional but a bit strange after such a long time with the giant. UPDATE: We switched the toaster to a different outlet and the weird noise stopped.
