The first thing that I see in the Caryaati UI is that it looks like a "toy" app that's been thrown together by a developer who was never trained in UX design. This app feels like a hastily-built application that is poorly designed. Some things seem intuitive, but others don't. For instance, I expected the ability to change fonts within my email templates to also change the font throughout the rest of the site (or at least provide a way to add fonts to my own personal library). In addition, the visual hierarchy is unclear. For instance, the menu bar at the top of the page does not seem to have any relevance to where content is actually located. I didn't feel confident navigating from one section to another because I couldn't tell whether or not the link would take me to the right place.
