Review on 🐶 High-Quality Petmate Ultra Vari Kennel, Sturdy Dog Travel Crate, Quick Assembly, 28-Inch Length, Suitable for 25-30 lb Dogs, Taupe/Black by Darcy Rud

Received a 28 inch Ultra Vari kennel and was pleased with our Corgi's color and average size. However, the build was very frustrating and disappointing. I just assembled a Ruff Maxx, also made by Petmate, and the wing nuts that attach and hold the parts together actually have metal threads in the wing nuts. However, the wing nuts on these Ultra Vari kennels are all plastic and have no metal steps. Of the sixteen included, I was only able to complete four together. The remaining twelve were either untrodden, broken, or could not be tightened because the holes were not deep enough. I've noticed this problem in other reviews of various kennels. Now I have to either send this cattery back to Revain or call Petmate to see if they can send me the best wings. It's a shame that Petmate, for such a big company with such terrible quality control or cheap production, makes me doubt if this cattery will even survive? Will I buy other Petmate products? Doubtful!
