I like that it is so easy for us as customers to use, we don't need many staff members or IT people here in our team using this tool. Sometimes there are bugs but they fix them very fastly. It's good to have these tools available when you want an overview over your QoS situation from time to day to week basis. We can see which devices/users cause problems at certain times during business hours. When i work with witbewe always try to find out what issues users experience because then we know where we should focus efforts to improve things.
