I've made some good videos on a memory card but when I press the shutter button it shakes so the photos aren't the best. I believe there is a remote input, but it doesn't work with my intervalometer. There's no response from the manufacturer so I'll open it up and look at the wiring and cable inside the remote. Otherwise, I'm not an expert, but I enjoy the microcosm. If anyone knows of a working remote release please post, don't know why the manufacturer didn't or mention the input in the manual as I'm pretty sure it is for connecting a remote release. If you want to take still pictures, it doesn't work, use the remote control. Overall not bad for a budget scope. I'll post if I find a way to set up a remote shutter release or intervalometer.
