Not sure if it works

I have a frizzy wavy hair before and frizzy wavy hair after (2 days after wash). Unlike other Keratin treatments, it says to rinse the product completey before blow drying and flat ironing. I am not sure how much of the product left on the hair to help protect my hair from the blow dryer and flat iron (7-10 passes with 400-450F heat). I am hesitant to use it again.
