Review on Charcoal grill Napoleon PRO22K-LEG by Dorota Stawarska ᠌

Not my best purchase, you could have found something else.

I chose a grill for a long time, weighed all the pros and cons, and eventually settled on this one. The grill is very cool, really, but the grate let us down from the word completely . Many people wrote that it was indestructible and I could not understand either I was a fool, or I was so lucky . In general, I prepared the grill for cooking, caught up to the right temperature and before hatching the wings, he removed the grate to move the coals to the far corner and add wood chips for smoking. He put the grate on the grass, laid out everything as it should, and when he lifted the grate, one of its parts fell off . It was a shock . the cast iron fell apart . does this even happen? In general, I wrote to the store about a replacement under warranty, the store wrote to the supplier, and the supplier, in turn, said that this could not be, it was my own fault, I dropped it and hit it on something hard, and as a gesture of goodwill, they are ready to sell me a new grille with a 50% discount. I believe that they sold me a marriage, but the supplier does not even mean that this is possible. The grate costs about 15,000. It turns out that I bought a grill with a defective grate, and they offer me another 7,500. Well, yes, why not. And where is the guarantee that it will not burst either . In general, I am disappointed .

Pros
  • Big. Good equipment.
Cons
  • Cast iron grate
