OurLore is a Disappointing Company; Avoid It If You Can

OurLore has been nothing but a disappointment for me. While the idea of a virtual store where fashion and the fantastic collide may be appealing, the reality is much less enchanted. The primary issue is the low standard of the available goods. The goods I ordered were poorly made and did not resemble the pictures on the website at all, despite the site's assurances that they had been carefully curated. It was obvious that no effort had been taken to guarantee the high quality of the goods. Also, the customer support representatives were rude and unhelpful. I received a condescending response and had to go through hoops to get a refund when I tried to return the products I had purchased. It was obvious that OurLore cared just about making money and didn't care about its clients. Last but not least, the website's blog, which was promoted as a place for customers to vent their frustrations, was actually just another sales pitch. There was little value contributed to the customer's experience and the content was poorly written. In conclusion, working with OurLore is not something I recommend. Anyone expecting a spectacular shopping experience will be disappointed and frustrated by the company's lack of care for the details, low-quality goods, and rude customer support. Don't bother, just go somewhere else.
