The product works well and quickly. The coffee doesn't stick to the bottom so much that I have to shake it off either, which was a nice surprise! I would recommend this product, especially for the price. EDIT: After owning this coffee grinder for several months, I've downgraded my rating to only 3 stars. Although it seemed to work fine initially, I had some issues with it. In particular, it doesn't grind the coffee beans very finely and leaves lumps even if I grind the beans for a full minute or more. It also had an odd, noticeable smell that I thought was just a "new product" smell when I was grinding the beans; and I still smell it months after buying the product! I miss my old coffee grinder. If you're looking for a cheap product then you're probably fine, but if you're looking for quality then this coffee grinder is for you.
