I don't know about you, but when I need to grind coffee, most of the time I NEED coffee. In other words, any ritual experience that makes the process enjoyable is highly valued. Conversely, poorly designed products that unnecessarily keep me away from caffeine should be avoided. This stupid piece of plastic waste never gets a consistent finish. The product works well and quickly. The coffee doesn't stick to the bottom so much that I have to shake it off either, which was a nice surprise!
