The best part about intent media is that it helps us understand our customers better, which in turn allows for more targeted marketing efforts as well! I have not found anything negative so far with this product!! It has been very easy going through training sessions provided by their team members who are extremely knowledgeable when talking technology/marketing related topics- they truly care what you want out your program. Please reach out if there's something specific we can work together towards solving any issues or questions regarding implementation process etc.. We're working closely wtih them now but haven't come across an issue yet since starting up last year--just great customer service all around from start till finish (including after hours support).
