After carefully researching stands, I chose this one because it's lightweight, easy to install and won't scratch the frame. I chose this model as opposed to other rear axle mounted models because this model had an adjustment that allowed you to change the angle of the footrest. It was surprisingly light when I received it, which is good, but I was a little concerned about the durability of the rivet that makes up the footpeg axle. Also, the spring didn't have as much drag and click as other coasters I've seen. Only time will tell with endurance. It fits well on the Trek 820 26″ mountain bike and holds it great. While there was room for adjustment, I didn't need to change the height of the stand as the setup it was in was perfect. I figured that because it's rear mounted it wasn't as stable as those installed in the middle of the bike, but it turned out to be surprisingly stable. This is a great stand if you want something lightweight that won't scratch your frame. Look elsewhere if you want something heavy.
