This product was purchased for a short period of time and you noticed that the metal tab that secures the wire bracket to the frame was a little difficult to put together in place. It broke after more than a dozen uses. I reported the claim to Tiffen (during the warranty period) which was extremely difficult as they initially stated that the product warranty was being processed from a west coast office where I left messages and sent emails which have not been answered . After trying to contact them for about 3-4 weeks they finally replied that I must have caused the problem as they had never seen it before and would not cover it with a guarantee. So they hide first, then absolve themselves of responsibility. I use very expensive radios in my business and I know better than to abuse them as they seem to suggest. Well well done Tiffen, blame your customer for a very, very simple decision and instead earn a lifetime of disrespect from me and anyone who reads my review or sees me with SteadiCam and asks what I think. I show them the rubber band I need to use now to hold the wire support in place.
