Review on Marples M444 SB6 Premium 6-Piece Chisel Set by Ralph Gerry

I needed to replace my old unnamed 3 piece wood chisel set and stumbled across this set while looking for something better. Before I finally bought a bench grinder—something I've lived without for too long—my local ACE service center has been doing basic grind jobs for the past decade, most recently for a little over $10. Idiot, I could have bought better base bits from ACE for less! Give this beautiful surprise set of IRWIN quality (actually the famous Maples brand acquired by IRWIN), in a beautiful and simple wooden case, twice as many chisels of much higher quality and sharpness - and when you understand all this you will laugh at the price ! It's one of those "What am I missing?" situations. The answer is you and me, we lost a lot! The most affordable tool I've come across this year!
