OVERVIEW: What he can do, he does well, but there are things he can't that can break the deal. Luckily it's pretty cheap. I wish there was a way to customize what the buttons do. I was planning on using this with my bike and I still can, but it's a little disappointing. Luckily it works with anything with bluetooth so I can find other uses for it. I have an iPhone XR. The Bluetooth connection process was very easy and fast. Just press and hold the play/pause button and when the blue light starts flashing, connect to the device on your phone/computer/tablet. It appears as "SmartRemote". It falls asleep after a short period of inactivity and wakes up again very quickly. Press any key to wake it up, then immediately press the next control. List of Buttons/Controls: + Volume Up / Down: The volume buttons work great. When you have the camera app running, each button activates the shutter button.+ Next/Previous: If you're playing something, these buttons work fine. - Play/Pause: I use Youtube Music as my music app. The Play/Pause button only works when a song or playlist is on screen. If the Youtube Music app is only open on its homepage, pressing the play button will do nothing. When you click play, Youtube Music will not launch from the home screen or any other app. -- Play/Pause (long press): This is supposed to launch Siri, but it doesn't work even when your phone is unlocked on the phone screen, so I'm not sure what the point is.
