Very easy to put best in my review

Started using this at the hospital the second day after giving birth. A nurse help me put it on, but seriously I could have done it alone. Since the first day I could use it over several hours. Not sure if it helps shrink my tummy, but I like the feeling of support it gives me. I’m now 10 days post partimos and I use it all day long, even under tight shirts.

Can be used in combination with other treatments to enhance their efficacy

It may not fit properly for individuals with irregular chest or torso shape
