Review on 🍹 Ninja BL660 1100-Watt Professional Countertop Blender with 72 Oz Total Crushing Pitcher and (2) 16 Oz Cups for Frozen Drinks, Smoothies - Gray by Josh Cardoso

This is my second ninja in less than 6 months! My first (late February 2020) developed a crack in the base right after mixing the liquids. I complained and they said I would get another cup but it would take many weeks (it's been about 3 months and I haven't received a replacement). I need a blender so I (stupidly bought a second Ninja - May 2020). Again, after light use and just mixing liquids, a slight crack developed and today the base just won't turn on (red power light flashing). Now I have to go to the trouble of getting my $2 back for two blenders (short refund window closed) and buying a third blender (which, of course, won't be a Ninja). Given the ratings and price, I could even endure the high noise level and the usual snips trying to clean the blades. However, given the recurring issues and poor customer service, I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product.
