I used it for the fourth time and the glass broke. I followed the standard orange smoothie recipe and after pressing the pulse button 2 times for 2-3 seconds a hole appeared in the glass. Luckily I'm safe. I will attempt to contact Amazon/Ninja to replace or refund this item.

I bought my first one on June 8th 2019. After just a month of moderate smoothie use, the container broke and started leaking. Ninja sent me a replacement container on July 19, 2019. It's September 27th and this second container is cracked and leaking. I called Ninja and they charge $64 plus shipping for a replacement canister. The entire block costs 99.99 on Revain. So you will not replace it a second time for free. I will no longer buy Ninja products.

This review is going to be really easy. It works great and we love it! We like single cups way more than we thought. We make smoothies in them all the time and they are very easy to clean. If we want to cook something in a big jug, that's easy too. Both cups and jug are easy to clean. The performance behind both is better than any other mixer we've had. It was a really good buy and we would recommend it to anyone looking at it.

This is my second ninja blender. I went for the larger model hoping for more durability. The base of both of my blenders breaks and runs onto the counter when in use. I only hand washed this and used it sparingly thinking that if I didn't overuse it it would extend the life of the second one. That's not the case. This blender is not durable. And if that's the case, as with all Ninja blenders, I would recommend that you find another blender or save money for one that won't break.

Tired of constantly replacing cracked bases on my old Easter blender I decided to invest in one that should have been better.
