I like the product. This is an overall well designed blender with a powerful motor. I just received it so can't confirm its durability but I'm impressed with the packaging. So why only three stars? I wanted to put four, but the lid is leaking. I use it to make liposomal vitamin C which is a viscous liquid (it contains oil). The blender squirts the liquid from the top with such force (it has a powerful motor) that it pushes against the spout cover where it flows out and runs down the side of the blender where I have to clean it. I only mix less than 1000ml of liquid and it gets less through leakage every time I mix it, so 6 times a day. Even if I press hard on the spout cover, it comes out. I don't know yet if this happens with all liquids as I've only used it for Liposomal C. Eventually I'll find a workaround, but I don't have to, so three stars. Also (this is not a disadvantage), BE CAREFUL. Blades are razor sharp. I cut their thumbs.
