AeroPress: The Best Coffee Maker for Most People

Delve into the world of making your own coffee, which can be a little tricky. There are so many methods, machines and myths that keep you from getting started. But with the right equipment, you can save big on your coffee budget and enjoy a higher-quality cup. This is why you should consider adding the Aerobie AeroPress coffee maker to your coffee arsenal. The AeroPress is a humble little kit consisting of a plastic tube, plunger and filter chamber, along with a few tools to aid in the brewing and brewing process. The whole package looks pretty odd compared to the usual drip machines that mass-produce cups for many people, and the Aeropress definitely lacks the visual finesse of a glass and stainless steel French press. But after repeated use, you will quickly notice its shortcomings. Here are a few areas where AeroPress excels: Flavor. AeroPress consistently brews one of the most delicious coffees you will ever taste. It works by completely submerging the ground coffee in hot water and using a plunger to create a seal to force the coffee through the filter with gentle air pressure. The resulting cup is tasty, clean, with low acidity and bitterness. This method gives you such complete control over the brewing process that you can make any adjustments to your liking. Easy to set up and clean AeroPress is very easy to use. Add coffee grounds and hot water. stir. Gently push the plunger. That's all. The entire process of preparing one to three cups takes about a minute. Cleaning is also easy. Unscrew the filter chamber, aim at the trash can and press the plunger. The used ground coffee and filter fall into your trash with a nice "splash”. Rinse the kit. Everything is ready. By comparison, drip machines are dirtier, cleaning a French press is a nightmare, and coffee pods fill up landfills because they're not recyclable. AeroPress costs about $30. This is significantly cheaper than some other coffee machines that produce cups of similar quality. Two weeks of daily use pays dividends when it replaces your Starbucks addiction. Design It may not have won any visual design awards, but the AeroPress's plastic body is lightweight and compact. This is ideal for home storage and perfect for travel. Innovative coffee fans love the AeroPress so much that several different brewing methods are available on the internet. It's funny to see what methods and preferences people have developed. A whole coffee culture is developing around the AeroPress and it is continuing to grow. I only got to know AeroPress a few months ago, but it has quickly become my daily driver. So if you're looking to up your coffee game I can't recommend it highly enough. This review was originally posted in WordPress by Geekskills.
