In the office where I work, the coffee maker has been broken for over a month. I was tired of not drinking coffee and decided to try this. That works great. I used Starbucks breakfast mix (I used about 2.5t) with about 1 cup of water. It made a great cup of coffee that was nice and strong. Cleaning is a bit dirty in my opinion. Wet floor can be difficult to get out. I didn't want to flush the leftovers down the sink so it took a while to clean up. However, I don't think this is a disadvantage of this model - assuming many coffee machines of this type will have this problem. But a great coffee maker. My colleagues can get their coffee while I enjoy a great cup.
