Had previously given a one star review due to difficulty getting the unit to start. It seems to need shaking to get the piston to settle inside before it starts oscillating, otherwise it would just sit there hissing and no push/pull on the pad would get it moving. Finally found that it needs a little shaking every time I pick it up to use it. Messaged the seller a few weeks ago. No Answer. All of a sudden today I was told that a new one would be sent as a replacement and I could just send the old one back in the same box. I'll see how the exchange works and get back to you. Must be addressed - another reviewer had issues with the Velcro. Not sure why - there is a way to glue a special shape to the sander and another way to glue the sandpaper to the front of the profile pad. I haven't had any problems with any of them. When it works, it sands down doors and face frames well with a wide cross-grain sander. (No cut profiles yet) Seems to be a bit faster than the random orbit, which I still use for the quick finishing touch before finishing.
