The problem I had was my own fault. I bought the wrong size

"The set I received had problems." So began my first review. It was wrong. Somewhere along the chain of ownership, my cleats were changed to metric. It turned out that everything was fine with this set of nuts. For reference, a 9/16-18 open-ended nut will thread onto M14-1.5 if the nut is less than an inch long. After 1 inch, the difference in thread pitch begins to grab the nut.
