Includes two protective films. I installed/applied the first one and it disappeared from my phone within 30 minutes. Tried the second and thought the first might just be a lemon. The second never fully stuck to the phone and made popping noises or clicks every time I touched the screen. After about 2 hours I couldn't even use the phone anymore due to poor adhesion of the protective film on the display. I had to take it off and throw it away. I have purchased this particular item before with no problems, but these screen protectors have different cutouts than the previous ones and appear to have a different adhesive. waste of my money. Not a happy customer.
