Items listed say Wiring disconnected. and the video shows the wiring in it. I thought it was a heated mirror. I don't have time to waste on obscure descriptions. I can get the same mirror for about $8. Or $3 at a landfill. I don't want to hassle with returns. When you ask questions, it usually takes two days to get an answer. Please make the descriptions clear. I will not buy this outfit again. I have to pay extra to have one sent to me. make my customers happy.
