Wear a motorcycle and strength sports helmet
I like the Hawk helmet, especially the sun visor (I just wish it was fully stowed in the helmet). The fairing pieces on the front are not attached well and I had to glue one. The helmet is a little tight for a tall person but has plenty of room for the ears and doesn't press on the ears like other helmets.
