Sometimes I have problems with the size. I'm average height (5ft 6in, 130lbs, athletic 34/36B) and ordered medium because I don't like sports bras that are too tight. Pretty good fit and comfortable to wear. I probably won't use it for intense workouts, but I still don't need a lot of support. I LOVE the design and the color. So far the quality seems good. I'm considering ordering a smaller one. I can even use it as a swimsuit top
