I use them to make nut milk and also to strain the fiber from fruit and vegetable purees in my vitamin mix. (I can then drink the juice or use it as a liquid in another smoothie.) It's not as strong as some bags, but it's strong enough for most uses. You don't have to turn it that hard, if you press hard, the liquid flows out just as quickly. Since the fabric is thinner, it is also more flexible. And the price is great, much less than heavier bags. With such a large bag, you can spread the pulp and squeeze each part separately: it's quicker that way.
