Not powerful enough to trim dog's nails unless perhaps you have a tiny, tiny dog. I have Shetland Sheepdogs, and this grinder didn't do a thing. I have gone back to my Dremel which does a great job. I'm out the money just to try this one.
- My pit tolerates this and it's much better than using a blade trimmer. Just takes a bit longer.
- Takes way to long to use to be useful
