Seriously, when we say they run small, they REALLY are small. It's a bit odd that for me, a skinny 5ft 9in woman with rather small hands, Big is too small. I have no idea what most average, tall, or muscular men are supposed to do. Is XXXXXL available? Seriously this is a great product - my physical therapist's one really helps and fits well but man. They really need to do something with the sizes. I suggest you find a way to try them on so you don't end up with two useless medium and large bags like I did. In any case, good luck and I will be ordering a third one. (If Extra Large is still too small, I get really confused.)
