I bought this watch thinking it was made of wood, my fault it's made of plastic. I hung it up in my bedroom and was happy with it until the 3rd night when it started making a tick tock noise. I took it apart and took the battery out overnight. I checked it out again the next day because it sounded more like the hands on the watch were having trouble moving, no the hands were moving fine. I left the battery and hung it back on the wall. I wouldn't buy it again and will take a closer look at the Tick Tack Sound reviews.
