I have weight issues with plates and glasses due to mild arthritis in my thumb joints. I don't care how Correll feels. I really like her look so I took a picture. I can carry the weight with no problem. They don't feel like they break easily. Cups can withstand a lot. The slabs may be a few inches smaller, but they're still not too heavy to use. I've put them in the dishwasher and microwave with no problems, I've cut meat on them and not scratched them. They keep a little warm in the microwave, but not bad. I can touch them straight out of the microwave without gloves. In addition, the seller sent them quickly and they were well packaged.
