I had to write this review to let everyone know how great these paring knives are. I have many knives of all sizes and I keep reaching for these little knives to cut just about anything. I sliced a tomato very thin today and it did a great job and a hard crusty Italian bread sandwich was great too. I can't say enough good things about these knives so I decided to buy another set to save money. You will not regret this purchase but be very careful as they are very sharp. I need to know that I cut my finger in 2 places but it's all healed now. They are well made in the USA!
