Gray roller cut in half on first vacuum

I have cleaned the Irobot (which I had a long time ago) and replaced the rollers, filter and side brush. I started the robot and cleaned it right away because I wanted to see how well the robot worked after everything was replaced. I was surprised to find that the gray bead had been cut across the entire diameter of the bead. There was nothing in the application to explain this problem.
